Kundalini Yoga is an ancient spiritual practice that incorporates breath, mantra, movement & meditation.
We will use my favorite Kundalini techniques that I started using over 20 years ago when death and dying first became a familiar theme in my life.
Many of these same practices are what I use in my "Spiritual Rebirthing Series" to help people heal family wounds and previous trauma and some are very specific to honoring death.

Hi, I'm Jacki Brown. The style of yoga I lead (Kundalini) first came to me 25 years ago.
It has literally saved my life in more ways than one. Time and time again.
The "Spiritual Rebirthing Series" I lead called "HEAL & TRANSCEND" has been called "the most profound healing experience I've ever had" again and again and I agree.
I just spent 2 months in Peru leading yoga retreats and 6 months in Bali before that, experiencing every drop of spiritual goodness I possibly could.
My mission is to heal, create, and share with others.
During my 20s, I lived at the base of WORLD FAMOUS Red Rocks Ampitheater in Colorado, where I provided backstage massage for many the the biggest performers on the planet. I still live there at times throughout the year when I'm not on a spiritual quest around the globe.
Spirit/emotional based Acupuncture is my forte. It always comes down to DIRECTING the energy (stuck emotions) in our body in a way that is conducive to spiritual growth.
I have a variety of series that are always available for you to further your growth and healing! It's an HONOR to meet YOU!
